ERF description: Ulchin-2 was under full power operation. At 12:07, diaphram of MFCV which controls the main feedwater flow to the SG-2 was damaged. MFCV was closed as designed, SG level "low" signal and "steam/feedwater mismatch" signal caused reactor trip.

Justification: Full safety function availability, the event is rated at level 0 as per user's manual, Part III, Table II, A1.
