The plant was operated at rated power. Fluctuation of main feed dearator level turned dearator level "hi-hi" signal on. So, inlet valve of dearator had isolated. Reactor power was decreased to overcome this trouble. But rapid power decreasing caused main condenser vacuum low. Turbine and generator tyrip arose and caused reactor trip. Justification: As full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level 0 as per user's manual, part III, Table II, A1.
