ERF description: The plant was operated at rated power. During the scheduled partial stroke test of main feedwater isolation valves, one of main feedwater isolation valves was closed because of malfunction of logic circuit. Steam generator level decreased to the net point of reactor trip signal.
Justification: As full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level 0 as per user's manual, part III, Table II, A1.
