ERF description: During full power operation, one of MSIVs was closed because of capacitor burn-out in the control card. MSIV closed and steam generator level "low-low" signal arose. Steam Generator level "low-low" signal caused reactor trip finally.
Justification: As full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level 0 as per user's manual Part III, Table II, A1.
