ERF description: Kori-1 was operated at full power. Power supply of generator protection relay was lost due to bad contact. At that time, breaker of 345 kV transformer was opened because of the overhaul of Kori-2. Opening of both breakers caused generator trip and reactor trip.
Justification: As full safety functions were available, the event is rated at level 0 as per users manual Part III, Table II, A1.
